About the Center
The center is called
“The Universal Foundation for the Creative Heart”
The center was formed on directions from the Hierarchy coming through Elias as transmissions. Ross Sinclaire was appointed as the facilitator in the physical creation. Raphael came in and participated in writing the new book and formulating and developing our programs and new methods.
We are guided by the Hierarchy and our intuition, and this center is the manifestations of our cooperation, efforts and work.
“The creative heart” stands for the planet itself, for it is a planet of the heart
Our name comes from our philosophy and experiences. “The universal foundation” is the evolution of consciousness, because that is the foundation of our development, we are in it for the support of the collective and not for personal gain. Universal also refers to the centres potential expansion manifesting in the future – a vision of bringing art, science, technology, architecture, agriculture, history, education, business’ etc. and spirituality together, to merge in a holistic approach and lifestyle. “The creative heart” stands for the planet itself, for it is a planet of the heart. We are here for learning about the heart – all of humanity’s suffering is about opening our heart. The heart is the door to other people and to our soul and the universe. When we are in the process of knowing our heart and selves we can truly relate to others and the universe, which some calls the divine. Communication with the different dimensions of ourselves, others and the universe contains an infinite potential. When we start to participate in evolution we open up for the evolutionary flow of creativity from our hearts.
We wish for everyone to merge in this infinite evolutionary flow of creativity of heart. It is indeed infinite for there is no end to evolution and our aim is to swim in the infinite sea of evolution.

Spiritual Director, Elias De Mohan (center)
Elias De Mohan has more than 40 years’ experience in the metaphysical field. He is founder of the system of Vibrational Sound and Color, and author of The Harmonics of Sound, Color & Vibration: A System for Self-Awareness and Soul Evolution. Elias is an accomplished Akasha reader and transmits from other dimensions. He also creates intuitive paintings.
Managing Director, Raphael De Mohan (left)
Raphael De Mohan, founder of the system of Light Energetic Body Work, has a background in Gestalt, Body and Music therapy, with more than 20 years’ experience as a therapist, counsellor, teacher and supervisor. Co-author of the book Vibrational Sound & Color: A System for Personality Transformation and Soul Evolution, Raphael transmits from other dimensions and creates intuitive paintings.
Executive Director, Ross Sinclair (right)
Executive Director Ross Sinclaire has known and counseled with Elias since 1980. With Elias’ input and support he has developed a large business as well as creating several innovative patented mechanical systems. Over time, Elias and Ross became friends and collaborators in the spiritual work. Ultimately this resulted in building the new center in De Winton. Recently he has begun marketing a system which eliminates landfills.
